Job Description

A. Key Deliverables:


1. Sales Performance:

- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for Western India region

- Analyse sales data, to drive sales growth


2. Operations:

- Collaborate with department managers to ensure operational excellence

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company SOP guidelines


3. Team Management:

- Lead and motivate team of sales associates and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

- Foster a positive work environment and ensure the team is aligned with company goals, values and deliverables


4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal (Supply chain, marketing..) and external stakeholders (DM, Unit head, vendors..)

- Ensure customer feedback is collected and addressed to improve service and product offerings


5. Inventory and Stock Management:

- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and minimize stock losses.

- Collaborate with Merchandising and logistics, supply chain team members to ensure timely deliveries and stock replenishment.


6. Visual Merchandising:

- Maintain layout and fixtures with product displays to drive sales.

- Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are followed at all times


7. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management

- Use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions


8. Promotions and Events:

- Execute in-store promotional events, product launches, and campaigns to drive sales

- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies on Product and visual displays


B. Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in large format stores

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
