About the Role

Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue through
new client acquisition, up-selling, and cross-selling
.
Manage business operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and branches.
Supervise financial and accounting processes with accuracy and compliance.
Lead and monitor
3PL (Third-Party Logistics)
operations to ensure service excellence.
Ensure statutory compliance, administrative efficiency, and operational discipline.
Take charge of expansion initiatives, including setup of new branches or facilities.

Eligibility

Education:
Any Graduate / MBA / Post Graduate (from a recognized university).
Experience:
68 years in a similar role, preferably as an
Area Manager in the logistics industry
.
Skills:

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional language.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements

Must have own conveyance with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Flexibility to relocate based on business needs.
