As a Sales Process Management professional, your role will involve aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling, while enhancing client relationships. You will be responsible for retaining and expanding the company's customer base for home loans and LAP channels to ensure repeat business and referrals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maximizing sales through a network of DSA/Direct Sales/CA/Builders and effectively managing connector and builder relationships - Maximizing the number of APFs and increasing penetration in approved APF projects - Facilitating the development of a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns - Identifying and developing new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets In terms of Sales Planning and Team Management, you will need to optimize team productivity by leading a team of sales managers to achieve team results, meet business targets, and ensure profitability. You will also be responsible for aligning with the team on lead generation activities and supervising the sales team for growth agenda implementation through training and motivation strategies. It is essential to stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies. Your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products will be crucial in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Moreover, ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, company processes, policies, and reports is a vital part of your role. Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the field - Graduate degree required - Masters/Postgraduate degree preferred Please note that the company values compliance with regulations and market knowledge to drive sales success.
