Description
You will be responsible for conducting Microfinance business in the region by identifying potential locations, driving business numbers, and maintaining a quality portfolio. This will involve in-depth research, engaging with microfinance institutions, and representing TCFSL at all times. - Leading a sales team comprising of Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and Loan Officers to achieve business targets - Pursuing additional business through partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with partners in the region - Constantly engaging with staff, customers, partners, and peers to drive business growth - Formulating new products with potential in the region and suggesting improvements in existing products - Providing districts and pincodes with business potential to expand branch network and improve market share - Ensuring business growth and product diversity in line with the business plan - Maintaining the highest portfolio quality and collection efficiency - Implementing innovative strategies to achieve business targets, mitigate risks, and drive collections from various customer segments - Handling all queries related to branches in the region - Mentoring Loan Officers and Branch Managers to motivate and guide them effectively - Assisting in hiring, recruitment, training, and motivation of field staff - Disseminating information between the Field and Central Office - Ensuring staff skill development through meetings and regular monitoring of training needs - Handling Compliance, Audit, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Admin, and HR issues in the region - Implementing best business practices, developing company strategies, and ensuring compliance with all company policies Additionally, you are required to have a Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline.
