Regional Sales Manager - Retail MFB

As a candidate for the position of Conducting Microfinance Business, your role will involve conducting in-depth research and utilizing primary and secondary sources to identify business potential locations and maintain a quality portfolio in the region. You will also be responsible for engaging with microfinance institutions as a representative of TCFSL at all times. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a sales team comprising Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and Loan Officers to drive business numbers and achieve targets - Pursuing additional business opportunities through partnerships and maintaining relationships with partners in your region - Formulating new products with potential within the region and suggesting improvements in existing products to drive business growth - Providing districts and pincodes with business potential to expand the branch network and improve market share - Ensuring the highest portfolio quality and collection efficiency - Implementing innovative strategies to achieve business targets and drive collections, especially from delinquent, overdue, non-starter, and fraudulent customers - Serving as a mentor to Loan Officers and Branch Managers to motivate and guide them, as well as supporting Area Sales Managers in driving business Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Handling all queries related to branches in your region - Assisting in hiring, recruitment, training, and motivation of field staff - Disseminating information between the Field and Central Office - Ensuring staff skill development by identifying training needs and monitoring various clusters regularly - Handling Compliance, Audit, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Admin, HR, and other related issues in the region - Implementing best business practices, developing company strategies and programs, and ensuring strict compliance and integrity with all company policies Your qualifications should include a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline.,
