Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Chennai. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining high-quality customer service, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be involved in training and development programs for employees.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proficiency in Operational Efficiency, Sales Strategy, and Marketing
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop budget plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
