The Area Manager will oversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining high-quality customer service, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be involved in training and development programs for employees.
