Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Area Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead our team in the logistics, courier, retail, FMCG, or FMCD industry. The ideal candidate will have operational knowledge of these industries and excellent leadership skills. This position is based in Chitoor, Salem, and Chennai.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee hub operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Lead and coach teams to achieve high performance standards.
Operate ERP systems to manage daily activities and analyze data.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and focus on customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of total experience, including at least 2-3 years in cluster or area management from logistics/supply chain and related industries.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred industry: Logistics/Couriers/Retail/FMCG/FMCD.
Female candidates only.
A minimum graduate degree in any discipline; masters' degree holders are preferred.
