What We Are Looking For

• Experience 68 years in tractor financing or rural vehicle loans (rural / semiurban markets preferred).
• Territory Expertise Strong understanding of Telangana & MP markets, including dealer / bank / NBFC networks.
• Leadership Skills Proven track record in managing multiple teams (Cluster Heads, Field Officers) and achieving targets.
• Network & Relationships Existing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, OEMs, dealers, local agencies in Telangana & MP.
• Business Acumen Ability to plan and execute business strategies, P&L orientation, credit / collections understanding.
• Mobility & Commitment Willingness to travel extensively across districts and geographies.

  Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in tractor finance disbursements across Telangana & MP.
• Build and nurture alliances with Banks, NBFCs, OEMs, dealers, and other rural financing stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor Cluster Heads & Field Officers to meet business targets and uphold credit quality.
• Devise regional strategies (channel expansion, product mix, pricing, risk mitigation).
• Monitor portfolio performance, NPAs, delinquencies, and ensure effective recovery /collections.
• Ensure efficient credit underwriting, sanctioning, and disbursal cycles in collaboration with credit / operations teams.
• Prepare and present business forecasts, MIS reports, and progress updates to senior leadership.
• Represent the company in industry forums, local events, and stakeholder meetings.
