Job Description

Position Overview:

Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets.
Plan and implement strategies to increase prescription generation in the gynecology segment.
Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
Ensure timely reporting and updates to management (Head office in Kolkata).
Conduct joint field work with team members for effective coaching and market coverage.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 - 5 years of experience
as an Area Manager / 1st Line Manager in the
gynecology segment
.
Strong track record in team handling and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Based in Chennai with good knowledge of the local market.
Self-driven and capable of working independently
