Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring high standards in service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, implementing business strategies, and upholding our quality and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in inventory control and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to implement business strategies and meet targets
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry or retail management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
