We are looking for a dynamic Area Manager who can drive operational excellence across multiple outlets and help scale our brand to the next level.

Role Overview

As an Area Manager, you will oversee daily operations across assigned outlets, ensure SOP compliance, maintain product quality, manage store teams, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Purchase Manager to ensure smooth functioning, discipline, and consistency across all units.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee multiple Bektash outlets, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance across all locations.
• Conduct outlet inspections and submit audit reports on time.

People & Team Management

• Lead, support, and mentor store managers and shift managers.
• Train staff on SOPs, customer service, hygiene, and product standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, discipline, and performance.
• Mentor, motivate, and act as the bridge between the Head Office and store teams to ensure seamless teamwork.

Quality & Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent food quality and fast service across all outlets.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor feedback from multi Channels, and improve scores.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Ensure accurate daily stock entries and prevent leakage/wastage.
• Monitor consumption trends and coordinate with Purchase/CK for ordering.
• Maintain optimum food cost and reduce operational inefficiencies.

Sales & Store Growth

• Drive sales targets for each outlet.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and improving revenue.
• Work with marketing team during promotions and campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in QSR / Restaurant / Hospitality operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-outlet responsibility.
• Hands-on knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus.
• Experience with Petpooja, Online Aggregator dashboards preferred.
• Discipline, integrity, and accountability are must-have qualities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
