Job Description

Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd. is looking for Area Manager - Bancassurance IBL to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets for Bancassurance products within the assigned area
Manage and nurture relationships with partner banks and financial institutions to maximize sales opportunities
Provide guidance and support to Bancassurance teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching and feedback to drive productivity and professional growth
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales efforts and customer needs
Stay updated on insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer-centricity
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries or complaints
