We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate and nurture leads through various channels to drive property sales. Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations to close deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Provide detailed project information and assist clients in making informed purchase decisions. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth sales processes. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare daily reports, and update CRM systems. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate (minimum). Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales . Location: Based in Kolkata (field-based role).
