Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve growth.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and Developers .
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and present to management.
Handle customer queries & concerns, troubleshooting and provide after-sales support.
Any Graduate with experience in Real Estate field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Proven record of accomplishment in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
Customer-centric approach and strong business acumen.
