The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, leasing, property management, or project coordination, with strong knowledge of the Goan property market. Key Responsibilities:Manage and expand a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties. Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closures. Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights. Ensure compliance with all local property laws and regulations. Liaise with legal teams, contractors, and consultants for property transactions and documentation. Assist in marketing strategies, including listings, promotions, and digital campaigns. Prepare regular reports on property performance and sales pipeline. Support project execution, handovers, and after-sales service as needed
