Qualification:

Essential Candidate Should haveDegree/Diploma full time in any streams from reputed institute.

Desired - PGDM /MBA In SupplyChain Management.

Experience:

Essentia l- 8 to 12 years of experience inLogistics Function wherein have candidate should have at least 5 yearsexperience at manager level position.

Desired - Manufacturing Experience will be givenadvantage.

Job Profile:

Logistics Management:

Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, includingtransportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimizetransportation routes, reduce costs, and ensure timely deliveries.

Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and 9other partnersto ensure smooth logistics operations.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery andresolve any issues that may arise.

Dispatch Coordination:

Plan and schedule dispatch activities, ensuring theefficient allocation of resources.

Coordinate with production teams to prioritize dispatchesbased on demand and production schedules.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch orders, invoices, anddelivery documentation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safetystandards in dispatch operations.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of dispatch and logisticsprofessionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, andcontinuous improvement within the team.

Manage staffing needs, including recruitment and trainingof new team members as needed.

Inventory Control:

Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockoutsand excess inventory.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcilediscrepancies.

Collaborate with procurement and production teams tomaintain optimal inventory levels.

Cost Management:

Identify opportunities to reduce transportation andlogistics costs while maintaining service quality.

Review and approve logistics-related invoices and expenses.

Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor theireffectiveness.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, includinghandling hazardous materials and waste.

Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety amongteam members.

Stay up to date with industry regulations and bestpractices.

Core Competencies:

Strong knowledge of transportation regulations andcompliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

General:

Age -30- 40 years.

Candidate should not be frequent job changer.

Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 to 45 Days.

Candidate must understand local langugae.
