Role Overview: As an Area General Manager at Treebo Hospitality Ventures, your role involves executing the company's strategic vision within a designated territory. This includes overseeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining operational excellence, fostering business development, managing sales initiatives, and exploring opportunities in the MICE segment. To excel in this role, you will need a blend of operational discipline, relationship management skills, and a business development mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Excellence - Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hotel properties in the region, maintaining brand standards and service benchmarks. - Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health and safety guidelines, and service quality norms. - Conduct audits, quality assurance checks, and implement corrective/preventive actions to uphold high standards. - Serve as the primary liaison between the company and hotel partners, ensuring seamless coordination and timely issue resolution. - Monitor and enhance overall guest satisfaction through effective service recovery mechanisms. - Business Development & Growth - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new hotel properties to expand the company's portfolio in the assigned region. - Negotiate terms, oversee onboarding, and ensure alignment with brand expectations during property integration. - Collaborate with the central business development team to support strategic expansion goals. - Sales & MICE - Drive regional sales performance by working with property teams to implement sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments. - Support pricing, promotions, and campaigns to boost business at the property level. - Engage with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel planners to promote partner hotels for MICE bookings. - Team & Partner Management - Lead, mentor, and develop on-ground hotel teams to deliver excellent guest experiences. - Provide training to partner staff on brand values, SOPs, and customer service skills to ensure consistency. - Cultivate strong relationships with hotel owners and partners to encourage collaboration and long-term associations. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - 4-6 years of experience in hospitality management with a track record of success in operations and business development. - Demonstrated expertise in property acquisition and/or sales within the hospitality industry. - Knowledge and experience in the MICE segment would be advantageous. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Readiness to travel extensively within the designated geography. - Entrepreneurial approach with a focus on execution and accountability.,
