Job Summary:

The Area General Manager (AGM) will oversee sales, marketing, and overall business operations for multiple real estate projects in the assigned region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring smooth project delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The AGM will work closely with senior management to implement business strategies, manage teams, and ensure profitability and brand excellence within the area.

Role Overview:

The AGM will lead day-to-day business operations and drive sales growth across all residential and commercial projects. They will ensure timely project delivery, cost control, and adherence to company standards. The position requires close coordination with sales, project, and marketing teams to monitor performance, optimize operations, and maintain high-quality customer service.

The AGM will also manage budgets and financial performance, oversee collections, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will guide and mentor teams to meet business goals, foster a positive work environment, and represent the company in meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with 3 to 9 years of experience in real estate . A solid understanding of real estate sales, development processes, and market trends is essential.
