We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Area Business Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and operations of our Jewellery-SMR division in the assigned area. This is a full-time position with a focus on driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and profitability of the Jewellery-SMR division in the assigned area - Manage and monitor the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards - Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to senior management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions - Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed Additional Parameters: - Knowledge of the jewellery market in Bengaluru and surrounding areas - Familiarity with the latest trends and designs in the jewellery industry - Understanding of supply chain and inventory management processes - Experience in managing a team of sales representatives and retail staff - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the jewellery industry, we would love to hear from you.
