Ticket Size: ₹50 Lakhs – ₹2 CroreRole SummaryThe Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving the Prime LAP business across 4 branches in Bengaluru. The role involves achieving disbursement targets, developing strong DSA and connector networks, leading a 10-member team, and ensuring strict adherence to credit quality and compliance. The candidate will play a strategic role in strengthening Arka Fincap’s LAP portfolio in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Drive Prime LAP business with ticket sizes of ₹50 Lakhs to ₹2 Crore.
  • Achieve monthly and annual disbursement, login, and productivity targets.
  • Expand and strengthen the DSA and connector network.
  • Explore new markets and business opportunities across Chennai.

Team & Branch Management

  • Lead, guide, and manage a team of 10 sales professionals.
  • Ensure business delivery across 4 branches through structured reviews.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and branch banking teams for seamless disbursement and improved TAT.

Portfolio & Credit Quality

  • Ensure high-quality sourcing inline with the Prime LAP credit framework.
  • Monitor delinquency trends and maintain portfolio health.
  • Conduct market visits, customer interactions, and review high-ticket proposals.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track competitor products, pricing, and market movements.
  • Provide inputs for refining business strategy and improving product offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6–12 years of experience in LAP/Prime LAP sales.
  • Strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and local market networks.
  • Prior experience in team handling and multi-branch management.
  • Solid understanding of LAP credit norms, documentation, and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹116,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
