Job Purpose

To oversee and manage a cluster of stores within a defined region, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Drive sales performance and Strategic Execution: Ability to drive results across multiple stores with a structured approach.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong cross-functional coordination and relationship building.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail Management, or related fields.

5–8 years of experience in multi-store retail operations, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry segments.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
