This is a full-time position in the MBR-Sales department, specifically focusing on MBR-Watches in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu region. As an Area Business Manager-MBR, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets for the MBR-Watches category in your assigned area. You will be the key point of contact for our retail partners and will work closely with them to ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for MBR-Watches in the assigned area - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and provide them with necessary support and guidance to drive sales - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth - Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines - Train and motivate retail staff to effectively sell and promote MBR-Watches - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and effective execution of marketing campaigns - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management - Continuously strive to improve sales processes and identify areas for optimization Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the watch or luxury goods industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software If you are a self-motivated and passionate individual with a strong sales background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Titan.
