Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem for an Area Business Manager. The Area Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient execution of business strategies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, driving sales growth, coordinating with various departments, and reporting performance metrics. The manager will also identify new business opportunities, handle client queries, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
