Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Manager, located in Dharmapuri. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating risks, developing risk management strategies, and implementing risk mitigation measures. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, monitoring risk exposure, preparing risk reports, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Risk Manager will also be expected to provide training on risk management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Management, Risk Assessment, and Risk Mitigation
• Strong knowledge in Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and Risk Reporting
• Analytical skills, Attention to detail, and Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, Presentation, and Team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in using risk management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications like FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) are a plus
• Experience in the financial or banking industry is desirable
