Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle ARCS to drive account reconciliation and data integration processes within FCCSARCS skill cluster

1. 1 Extensive experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service ARCS including profiles reports reconciliations and configuration Proficient in transaction matching and Auto Match features to streamline reconciliation processes
2. Strong knowledge of data management and integration techniques within Oracle EPM environments
3. Hands on experience with metadata management to ensure accurate reconciliation workflows

Expertise in requirement gathering and solution design tailored to financial reconciliation needs Skilled in integrating data from various sources through Oracle Data Management tools Familiarity with financial statement understanding to support reconciliation accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design configuration and implementation of Oracle ARCS solutions to meet business requirements Manage end to end account reconciliation processes ensuring timely and accurate financial close Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Documentation Configure and maintain reconciliation profiles reports and worklists to optimize efficiency Perform data integration and validation to support reconciliation activities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ARCS workflows and data discrepancies Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in account reconciliation and data management Defect fixes or minor enhancements to Auto Match Rules Auto Reconciliation Rules ARCS core application functionalities ARCS operational Report Dashboards Conducting UAT testing and Create User Acceptance Test UAT cases for the new solution Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ARCS functionalities and automation
