Your role at a glance:

Ofis Square is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect with proven experience in commercial and workspace design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Ofis Square’s modern, collaborative, and aesthetically inspiring workspaces. You’ll lead projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring every design reflects our brand ethos of innovation, functionality, and comfort.

Responsibilities you would handle:

Design & Conceptualization

• Develop innovative architectural concepts for Ofis Square centres with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Translate business and operational requirements into efficient, scalable spatial designs aligned with Ofis Square’s design philosophy.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Manage projects end-to-end from design to delivery ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved design plans.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and statutory norms.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including BOQs, material specifications, and drawings for all projects.

Material Selection & Cost Optimization

• Identify and source high-quality, sustainable materials balancing cost and design impact.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to explore innovative finishes and design solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Business Development, and Marketing teams to align design outcomes with business goals.
• Present design proposals, material selections, and progress updates to management for review and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, office, or co-working design projects.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong space planning, design visualization, and detailing capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for designing functional yet inspiring work environments.

Employment:

· Mode of working: Work from Office

· Working Days: 6 Days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

· Shift Time: 10:00 am to 07:00 am (Total 9 Hours Mandatory)
