Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect and Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and visualization skills. You will be responsible for conceptual design, 3D visualization, detailed drawings, and coordination with the design and execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Prepare detailed working drawings, presentation drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with the design and site teams for project execution.
Develop realistic renders and walkthroughs using visualization tools.
Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project documentation.

Required Skills:

Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD, Sketchup, D5 Render, Lumion, Rhino 3D (knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus)
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and detailing.
Good visualization, rendering, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
1 - 5 years of professional experience in architecture and visualization.
