Job description Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Architect with 5+ years of professional experience, specifically in multi-disciplinary building types (e.g., commercial, residential, mixed-use, and institutional). The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly with Revit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of high-impact projects, from concept design through to construction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of architectural projects, from concept through to construction, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless integration of building systems and design elements. Develop and refine detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using Revit and other BIM tools. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective execution of project deliverables. Review and ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Support senior architects and project leads in the development of design concepts and the preparation of presentations and client meetings. Participate in site visits and provide oversight during construction phases to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment. Key Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on multi-disciplinary building types such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
