Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
Create space plans, furniture layouts, color schemes, and material palettes.
Research and stay updated on design trends, materials, finishes, and furniture.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

Prepare detailed drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
Produce construction documents, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Ensure all design documents comply with building codes and safety standards.

Project Management

Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage timelines, budgets, procurement, and material sourcing.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.

Client Interaction

Present design proposals and revisions to clients.
Understand client needs and translate them into functional design solutions.
Provide professional guidance on color, lighting, materials, and furnishings.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with the design team to ensure alignment on project goals.
Maintain strong communication with vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
