Job Description

Technical Team Lead - BIM Architect

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead - BIM Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM Architecture, CAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and SketchUp Pro, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. This role requires a B. Arch degree and a deep understanding of the latest technologies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of BIM Architects and Engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Develop and implement BIM strategies to improve project efficiency and collaboration.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BIM software and tools.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards, and implement best practices in the team.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

B. Arch degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in BIM Architecture, CAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and SketchUp Pro.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Proficiency in BIM software and tools, including REVIT, SketchUp, and SketchUp Pro.
