Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections of high rise building construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Identify and report defects, anomalies, or deviations from plans to relevant stakeholders for timely rectification.
Collaborate with site teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to maintain quality standards.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures, checklists, and documentation for residential real estate projects.
Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding quality-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering role in High Rise Buildings (Real Estate Construction).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 standard implementation.
