Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The role involves reviewing of engineering deliverables from consultants - design basis report, analysis models, design calculation, detailing and GFC drawings. Finalization of Technical specifications and BOQ.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Coordination with Architecture and MEP departments & external consultants to meet project requirement - Co-ordination from conception stage to final design stage - Reviews of analysis, design, drawing and detailing of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Shear Walls, Retaining walls, Isolated, Strip, Raft, Pile and Piled-raft foundations etc - Review of preliminary and final design report (including BOQ and specifications). - Review of analysis models (Etabs, SAFE & Staad-Pro). Should have experience of modelling in these software’s. - Review the structural design and drawings wrt codal compliant. (Must have knowledge of all relevant IS-Codes, as well as British & American codes). - Review of all shop drawings. - Supervising the process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, Scheduling & coordinating all design processes.

Technical Competencies


    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.,Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes,Experience in creating sustainable and environmentally-friendly designs.,Architecture design, 3D modeling of city areas and/ or architecture

Qualifications and Experience


    Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Excellence in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software and MS Office.
