Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Structure Manager. The Structure Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, coordinating trading and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves managing project timelines, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing the work of construction teams. Additionally, the Structure Manager will be tasked with budget management, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure project success.


Qualifications

  • +10years of experience in structure management work (PEB) of construction project
  • Knowledge of trading auto-levels, laser levels, and solar lamp systems
  • Strong understanding of maintenance contracts for manufacturing companies and warehouses
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in project planning and execution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience with remote management tools and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
