Position Overview:
We’re seeking a creative Architect with 3+ years of experience to lead architectural projects, from design to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design from concept to completion.
Create designs, 3D models, and drawings.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress.
Qualifications:
B.Arch or M.Arch degree.
1+ years of experience in architectural design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
