Our firm working in Commercial Complex, Hospitals, Residential flat schemes, Hotels Building, Multiplex, Bungalows, Townships, Public Institutions, Interiors in both the private and public sector as well as Government and Semi – government undertaking. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily duties will include creating architectural designs, integrating various systems and software, and managing project timelines. The Architect will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure designs meet their needs and adhere to all building regulations and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Minimum 1 years of professional experience in architecture. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization & rendering software, Photoshop and MS Office. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. A creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Job Profile We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces. This role requires a blend of technical skills, design expertise, and an understanding of architectural principles. Key Responsibilities: •Design Development: Create detailed design concepts for spaces, including residential, commercial, and institutional projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications. •Space Planning: Conduct space planning and layout design to optimize the use of space and improve functionality while adhering to building codes and regulations. •Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design with overall architectural concepts •Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, providing expert advice on design options and materials. •Material Selection: Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design goals, budget constraints, and sustainability standards. •3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max) to create 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client approval. •Project Management: Oversee the project from concept through completion, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure quality execution and adherence to timelines. •Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. •Trend Analysis: Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure innovative and competitive design solutions Show more Show less
