Role Description

                                                                           We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces. This role requires a blend of technical skills, design expertise, and an understanding of architectural principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create detailed design concepts for spaces, including residential, commercial, and institutional projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.

• Space Planning: Conduct space planning and layout design to optimize the use of space and improve functionality while adhering to building codes and regulations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate               interior design with overall architectural concepts.

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, providing expert advice on design options and materials.

• Material Selection: Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design goals, budget constraints, and sustainability standards.

• 3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max) to create 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client approval.

• Project Management: Oversee the project from concept through completion, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure quality execution and adherence to timelines.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure innovative and competitive design solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
