Role Description Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect Experience Range: 12–18 Years Total IT Experience (Minimum 9 Years in Salesforce) Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennail, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum Must Have Skills 9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC) Proven technical solutioning skills with strong data modeling expertise in Salesforce Experience in at least 2 large Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users) Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning (Aura framework, LWC), Apex Triggers, SOQL, and JavaScript Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP API integrations, Bulk API, and Metadata API Hands-on with Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards Experience in production deployments using change sets, ANT, or Eclipse, and handling deployment errors Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate configuration vs custom development Hands-on experience working with offshore teams and coordinating across time zones Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with USA/UK-based clients Good To Have Skills Prior experience with Java/.NET technologies Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, JQuery Experience with Salesforce1/mobile development, Heroku, Radian6, Einstein Analytics Exposure to ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft Experience with database development (SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures) Salesforce Certifications Mandatory: Platform Developer II + At least 2 Architect-stream certifications Preferred: Advanced Admin (ADM301) and/or Consultant (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Key Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable Salesforce.com solutions using best practices Lead technical solution design discussions and document architecture decisions Work closely with enterprise architecture teams on Salesforce data modeling Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring quality and adherence to design standards Perform hands-on coding as needed (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) Evaluate business requirements and decide on configuration vs custom development Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams across development and deployment cycles Lead integration efforts with external systems using standard Salesforce APIs Create technical documentation including design specs, deployment plans, and test strategies Participate in production deployments and troubleshoot deployment issues Skills Sfdc,Sfdc Design,Analytics Show more Show less
