Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable solutions on Salesforce.com platform. Your role will involve leading technical solution design discussions, guiding development teams, and ensuring adherence to design standards. You will also be involved in hands-on coding, evaluating business requirements, and coordinating with onsite and offshore teams for development and deployment cycles. Additionally, you will lead integration efforts with external systems using standard Salesforce APIs and create technical documentation for design specs, deployment plans, and test strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement scalable Salesforce.com solutions using best practices - Lead technical solution design discussions and document architecture decisions - Work closely with enterprise architecture teams on Salesforce data modeling - Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring quality and adherence to design standards - Perform hands-on coding as needed (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) - Evaluate business requirements and decide on configuration vs custom development - Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams across development and deployment cycles - Lead integration efforts with external systems using standard Salesforce APIs - Create technical documentation including design specs, deployment plans, and test strategies - Participate in production deployments and troubleshoot deployment issues Qualification Required: - 9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC) - Proven technical solutioning skills with strong data modeling expertise in Salesforce - Experience in at least 2 large Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users) - Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning (Aura framework, LWC), Apex Triggers, SOQL, and JavaScript - Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP API integrations, Bulk API, and Metadata API - Hands-on with Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards - Experience in production deployments using change sets, ANT, or Eclipse, and handling deployment errors - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate configuration vs custom development - Hands-on experience working with offshore teams and coordinating across time zones - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with USA/UK-based clients Additional Details: - Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum - Good to have skills include prior experience with Java/.NET technologies, knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, JQuery, experience with Salesforce1/mobile development, Heroku, Radian6, Einstein Analytics, exposure to ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft, and experience with database development (SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures) - Salesforce Certifications: Mandatory Platform Developer II + At least 2 Architect-stream certifications, Preferred Advanced Admin (ADM301) and/or Consultant (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud),
