Job Summary:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, presentations, and working drawings in line with project requirements
• Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models for client and consultant reviews
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams for integrated project delivery
• Prepare statutory drawings and assist with approvals and compliance documentation
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design quality, and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for material specifications and execution
• Research new materials, sustainable design strategies, and industry best practices
• Support project management tasks including timelines, BOQs, and client communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Valid COA registration
• 3–4 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction details, and site execution
• Excellent design sensibility with attention to functionality and aesthetics
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience in sustainable and LEED/green building projects
• Prior experience in residential architecture is a must, applicants with prior experience in landscape will be given preference
• Ability to handle client presentations independently
