Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in architectural design and project execution, with strong technical knowledge of construction details and proficiency in relevant design software. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Develop detailed working drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents. Prepare and present project proposals, conceptual layouts, and design presentations. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approval records. Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Strong understanding of technical construction details, structural requirements, and material specifications. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication, presentation, and team coordination skills. (Crucial for an Architect role) Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
