Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Ahmedabad. The Architect will oversee architectural design and planning, creating innovative solutions that align with client requirements and project goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed architectural plans, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and ensuring seamless integration of design elements. The Architect will also work closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges and deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare

  architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models

  using

  AutoCAD and SketchUp

  .
• Develop

  detailed working drawings, technical specifications

  , and construction documents.
• Prepare and

  present project proposals, conceptual layouts, and design presentations

  .
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approval records.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Strong understanding of technical construction details, structural requirements, and material specifications

  .

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture.

• Minimum

  1 year of relevant work experience

  in residential and commercial architectural projects.

• Portfolio

  of previous work will be an added advantage.
