Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers to align design solutions with business goals. Partner with developers to ensure feasibility and quality in implementation. Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and stakeholder presentations. Required Skills & Experience. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years of rigours experience in an architectural or systems-level design role. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UX strategy, wireframing, and UI system design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, InVision. Experience with design systems, responsive design, and component-based architecture. Solid understanding of information architecture principles and user-centered design. Familiarity with front-end development processes and tools like Zeplin, Storybook, or Figma Inspect. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
