Architect

• Research and Design – Create original design work utilizing specifications, sketches, and ideas based on extensive research. Analyze space utilization, effectiveness, and structural feasibility of the proposed design.
• Working Drawings – Prepare detailed error-free working drawings as per company template and specifications. Adhere to the list of drawings provided to ensure timely release of GFC drawings.
• Co-ordination with External agencies – Coordinate with consultants to obtain detailed supporting drawings. Perform extensive market research for new technologies and materials and coordinate with vendors to attain product information and competitive quotes.
• Project Management – Maintain the project management master file of allotted projects through regular meetings with the Site Engineer to oversee the progress and maintain the schedule of construction.
• Conduct timely Site visits – To check on project progress, ensuring that the project is running as per the GFC drawings, to address bottlenecks and doubts.
• Problem Solving – Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction by providing innovative solutions.
