Job Requirement

1. Reporting

• Daily Progress of Showroom infrastructure with Proper update and timeline of completion.

• Month-end activation report on Infrastructure, Signage & Furniture for management review

1. Approval & Follow Ups

• Taking Approvals from Sr/Management for drawings, signages and Furniture.

• Approval & Follow Ups Regularly Updating status of ongoing and upcoming showroom projects.

1. Dealer Co-ordination

• Communicating with dealers for clarifications on drawings and design details

• Dealer Co-ordination - Sharing final layouts, color codes, ceiling, and signage details with dealers

1. On Site Report

• Addressing site-specific issues by coordinating between dealer, vendor, and internal team.

• Ensuring brand compliance at site level during execution.

1. Furniture/Signage

• Coordinating with vendors for manufacturing and dispatching showroom furniture.

• Ensuring delivery and installation schedule aligns with site readiness.

• Handling main board signage drawings, approvals, and execution follow-up.

• Coordinating with vendors for site measurements, fabrication, and installation.

• Ensuring delivery and installation schedule aligns with site.

1. Vendor Management & Onboarding

• Maintaining record of vendor payments and following up for clearances.

• Hiring and scouting vendors for signage and furniture across regions

• Sharing drawings, creative details, and BOQs with vendors for execution

• Following up for timely submission of estimates/quotes

1. Showroom Layout & Interior Planning -

• Finalizing showroom layouts within defined timeline.

• Preparing, checking, and releasing showroom drawings as per Vastu/dealer requirements.
• Maintaining proper record of all approved and released drawings

1. Vendor Payments Prepare PO and get approval along with readiness photographs and release the Vendor payment on time.Role & responsibilities
