Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting with a focus on leveraging Workday solutions to optimize business processes. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift environment contributing to our companys growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Workday Finance solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of Workday solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams ensuring successful delivery of Workday Finance projects.
Oversee the integration of Workday Finance with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance ensuring a smooth user experience.
Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for Workday Finance processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Workday Finance activities.
Participate in project planning and management providing input on timelines resources and risks.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the adoption and expansion of Workday solutions within the organization.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance overall performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Workday Finance with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in finance and accounting principles with the ability to apply them in a Workday context.
Have experience in the Hi-Tech industry with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business success.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Show a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
