Prince Architects and Construction is seeking an enthusiastic and highly-motivated Fresher Architect (0-1 year professional experience) to join our innovative design team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate holds a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) and possesses foundational skills in design concept development, architectural documentation, and model production. Key responsibilities include assisting senior staff with design concepts, preparing accurate drawings and 3D models using CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp Lumion (SketchUp proficiency is highly preferred), conducting research on building codes and materials, and producing compelling visuals using tools like the Adobe Creative Suite. This entry-level role requires a proactive learner with strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for high-quality, sustainable design, supported by a strong portfolio of academic and professional work.
