Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller, based in Ahmedabad. The AR Caller will manage day-to-day tasks, including contacting insurance companies for claim follow-ups, reviewing accounts for payment discrepancies, and resolving billing issues. They will analyze and resolve claims, appeal denied claims, and communicate effectively with insurance representatives to secure payments. Attention to detail and accurate documentation are essential to ensure smooth accounts receivable operations within the medical billing cycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in effectively interacting with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable operations, denial management, and claim follow-up processes within the healthcare billing domain.
  • Familiarity with medical billing software, insurance guidelines, and coding practices is preferred.
  • Ability to identify and resolve payment discrepancies, maintain organized documentation, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in medical billing or RCM roles is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, healthcare, or a related field is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work well within a team.
