Job Description

We are looking to hire AR callers for Gurgaon Location:

Roles And Responsibilities

Responsible for calling US health insurance companies on behalf of Doctors/Physicians to follow up for claim status and outstanding accounts receivables.
Should have basic knowledge on Denials, rejections and ability to resolve immediately and also able to resolve billing issues those have resulted in delay in payment.
Must be spontaneous and should have high energy levels.
Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when needed.

Requirements

Typing speed of 30-40 words/minute.
Must be a graduate.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent spoken & written English.
Works well within a team and independently.
