The Training and Placement Department of Brainware University is looking for an ‘ Aptitude Trainer’. Eligibility: Master's Degree in Maths or Physics Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer is preferable Desirable Skills: Strong domain knowledge Excellent student engagement abilities Strong mentoring skills Out-of-the-box thinker with excellent communication & people management skills Job Responsibilities: Deliver training for students in Quantitative/ Verbal & Logical Reasoning and other parts of Aptitude & motivate students to attend classes regularly. Capture & maintain attendance records & conduct tests periodically to track performance Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of the corporate placement Job Type: Full-time Salary: As per the University norms Benefits: In addition, with salary Insurance, Paid Leave, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Incentives for career development etc. As per University norms.
